Unable To Download Messenger App

I am sorry as I do not know the exact steps that caused this issue. It all began when I was having trouble with Brave Sync (nothing happened when I had entered the correct words into the box and pressing sync, but I eventually got it working after an hour of fiddling). Just after I had gotten Sync to work according to a tutorial I found in these forums I found out messenger.com stopped working. At some point I also reinstalled Brave on both of my computers.

Mine was doing this as well but i found in settings that the cloud had new terms and conditions that i needed to accept. As soon as i did that messenger could access the cloud and all the photos were visable again. Didnt need to reinstall anything and didnt lose any messages. Hope this helps others as well.

I'm currently using last version of software on Ticwatch Pro 5 and noticed that when I reply on watch to messenger notification it's not being sent. This is happening only for Messenger, due I can reply on email, WhatsApp, Instagram etc.

I have logged in with a real user, then created an app and added a messenger product as per the instructions. I have set the webhook, I have also created a page with this user, and subscribed the messenger bot to it using the app dashboard.

I click on her name, it literally goes back to log in. Hello, so I do not know if this is a messenger problem or a Verizon issue, however I cannot make any calls on messenger without Wi-Fi, I can text with data, but I cannot call, it will connect but I will hear no talking, then after a little it goes back to connecting and never connects. Is there a solution for this? or will my phone be cursed like this until I buy a new one.

Sorry been busy, I am able to make calls on snapchat, Regular calls, and other services, but when i call via messenger, it connects, shows its on, but i hear nobody and it goes back to connecting, and its only on my end

Hi! Yes, it is on and I was able to receive message from messenger but was not able to send message out to the sender via Hubspot. The sender also verified as "unknown visitor" which is very unsual. Please see the screenshot below.

I have a KB that has an extensive article with many pics. When I run my messenger and ask for the article it will only display the URL of the image. It also does not display the full article. Is there a limit on how long the article can be? Is there also a limitation on how large the images have to be?

We have Intercom installed in our web-based app but lately 20% of our users are experiencing issues with being unable to close the chat - there is no 'x' or down arrow appearing in their window. We have a 80F firewall we are wanting to put into production but need to be able to troubleshoot these types of issues reliably. We have deep packet inspection turned on with a CA certificate approved by our AD CS (no warning messages when visiting websites).

Facebook Messenger application is unable to send\receive messages however messenger.com works fine without issue. If we add facebook.com to the exception list the Facebook messenger application begins to work as well.

What may we be able to do to have these types of issues work without beginning to add a bunch of exemptions into our SSL inspection - defeating the purpose of the firewall.

It is good that you have deep packet inspection enabled and a CA certificate approved by the AD CS. Still, it can be frustrating when some applications work differently than expected. Remember that the Facebook Messenger app may use a different SSL certificate or encryption method than the one used by messenger. This could be the cause of a firewall issue. Another option is to consider alternative messenger apps that prioritize security and privacy.
