Umbra is a gentle, private space for shadow work — reflective journaling, mood check-ins, and grounding exercises.
We do not collect any data about you. None. Not your name, not your email, not your journal entries, not your moods, not your reflections, not analytics, not crash reports.
Everything you write in Umbra stays on your device. Your journal entries, mood check-ins, and progress live in a small database file on your iPhone, and nowhere else.
Umbra does not require an account. There is no sign-up and no login.
Umbra does not send your information anywhere. Nothing you enter ever leaves your device.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Umbra is a companion for reflection, not a substitute for therapy. If you're in crisis, please use the in-app crisis resources or contact a professional.
