I obtained my Ph.D. in 2010 jointly from the University of Genoa (Philosophy) and the University of Barcelona (Cognitive Science and Language), with a dissertation on bilattice-based logics. Throughout the last decade I have been a wandering scholar, living and holding research positions at several universities in Europe, Asia and the Americas. I have been an Assistant Professor in Brazil until 2022 and am now an Associate Professor in Madrid. My main research is in algebraic logic, duality theory and non-classical logics, with a particular focus on paraconsistent logics. To this day, I have published more than 50 papers in leading international journals, conference proceedings and books in the areas of theoretical computer science, universal algebra, philosophical and mathematical logic.
