Biography

As an Instructional Designer in the Competency-Based Education division of CII, Shuante is highly committed to enhancing the student and faculty experience within UMass Global. She is an U.S. Air Force veteran with experience in Business and Personnel Management, Organizational Leadership, and Team Dynamics. Shuante also obtained her MA in Organizational Leadership with University of Massachusetts Global and is currently in progress of obtaining an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership with UMass Global. Her background has proved to be significantly beneficial to the quality of service and commitment to excellence she provides to UMass Global faculty, as well as, create the excellent student experience known to University of Massachusetts Global. In her personal time, Shuante enjoys watching movies, playing sports and traveling internationally with her husband and four children.
