Biography

Ash is a dedicated Learning Management Systems Administrator, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of the university's LMS and its integrated educational technology ecosystem. He manages platform settings, user provisioning, course shells, and third-party integrations to ensure a reliable and consistent experience across Brightspace, Zoom, and other connected tools. With a strong focus on system reliability and the faculty experience, Ash troubleshoots technical issues, monitors platform performance, and works to continuously improve how technology supports teaching and learning. He also provides training and guidance to faculty, helping them make effective use of the LMS and its features in their courses.

Ash holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science & Technology from Temple University, which he earned in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA. He also holds an MBA from UMass Global.
