Clipitra Digital Services LLP ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Ultra Volume Booster Equalizer mobile application (the "App").

Your privacy is important to us. This App works completely offline and does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data. We do not track users in any way.

Information We Collect

Personal Data

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not:

• Collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information

• Access your contacts, location, camera, or files

• Track app usage, behavior, or browsing activity

• Use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools

Non-Personal Data Stored Locally

To function properly, the App stores a small amount of non-personal data only on your device. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible to us.

This locally stored data includes:

• Your selected volume boost level to remember sound preferences

• Equalizer presets you create

• Theme or UI color preference

• Selected app language

• Vibration (haptic feedback) preference

All of this data is stored using standard Android local storage methods such as SharedPreferences or a local database and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App.

Permissions Used

The App requests only the permissions required for its core features. No data is collected or transmitted through these permissions.

• RECORD_AUDIO
  Used only for real-time audio visualization. Audio is processed instantly on your device and is never recorded, stored, or shared.
  
  

• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS
  Required to adjust system audio and volume levels.
  
  

• VIBRATE
  Used to provide haptic feedback when adjusting controls.
  
  

• WAKE_LOCK
  Keeps the volume boost service active while in use.
  
  

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS
  Displays a notification when the volume boost service is running.
  
  

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE
  Allows the audio service to run properly in the foreground.
  
  

• ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY
  Enables integration with Do Not Disturb settings.
  
  

Important Note:
The RECORD_AUDIO permission is strictly used for visualizing sound waves. No audio is saved, recorded, analyzed, or transmitted.

Data Security

Because all data remains on your device:

• We do not operate servers or cloud storage

• No data is transmitted over the internet

• Your device’s built-in security and encryption protect all stored data

• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all stored information

This App does not use any third-party services or SDKs, including but not limited to:

• Advertising networks

• Analytics services

• Crash reporting tools

• Social media integrations

Network Access

Ultra Volume Booster Equalizer works entirely offline.

• It does not connect to any servers

• It does not require internet access
