Help the ULS Booster Club to raise money in support our of the University Laboratory School by selling Zippy's Benefit Fundraising Tickets!
Tickets are just $9 each and make the perfect quick meal for the family or holiday gift that can be sent in the mail or handed out at your family gathering. The ULS Booster Club is holding a pre-order for tickets. The tickets will be distributed on a date in the middle of November that is still being finalized (tentatively before Thanksgiving). We will notify everyone once the distribution date has been set.
Tickets are redeemable at any Zippy's location for one of the following:
Portuguese Bean Soup (1.5 lbs.)
Meat Sauce (1.5 lbs.)
Zippy's Chili in Original, Vegetarian or No-Bean (1.5 lbs.)
Participating in the Zippy's Fundraiser is simple:
Purchase your Zippy's Fundraising Tickets by completing the Online Pre-Order Form below; and
Pay for your Zippy's Fundraising Tickets by either the online or check options described below.

The price for each fundraising ticket is $9.00. You may submit your payment for the Total Price of your fundraising tickets ($9 x total number of tickets) via one of the following options:
Option #1: Online Payment
To submit your payment online via PayPal, simply click on the button below and make a donation to ULS Booster Club in the amount of your Total Price.
Please be sure to include your child's name and grade level in the "Add a Note" section when completing your transaction.
Option #2: Check
To submit your payment via check, send your check in the amount of your Total Price (payable to University Laboratory School Booster Club) to the ULS school office at the following address:
