Ultra Light Performance Tool (short ULPT) is an open source project with the aim to provide an application for takeoff calculations on ultra light airplanes.
This privacy policy is therefore only valid for the versions of ULPT distributed by Konstantin Ludwig under the names and brands of "Worldpixel Software", "FrenchTacoDev" or "FrenchTaco", further referred to as “the developer”. Versions distributed by other developers using the open source code must implement their own privacy policy.
Worldpixel Software is a single person owned company owned by Konstantin Ludwig located at Juri-Gagarin-Ring 156, 99084 Erfurt. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our application ULPT.

When using the application normally, no data is collected or sent to the developer. All data the user enters into the fields of the application is stored locally. To transfer data between devices or back it up, the user can export data in a file format owned by the application. The sole responsibility of handling those files lies with the user. If the user chooses for example a third party to transfer those files, their terms and conditions in general and regarding data privacy especially apply.
