「まっくらうかい」とは

暗闇を視覚障がい者が案内人となり、

新しい鵜飼の楽しみ方を
「感覧」体験する、

岐阜発、新感覚観光エンターテイメント。

「まっくらうかい」は、視覚障がい者の感性と観光体験の革新を目指し、参加者に対して未知の世界を開く機会を提供します。

 　参加者がアイマスクを着用し、観覧船に乗り込むことで始まります。

　暗闇の中で視覚障がい者のガイドに導かれながら、鵜飼の解説や鵜の鳴き声、川の音を聞く体験を通じて、参加者は視覚以外の感覚に集中し、鵜飼の雰囲気や歴史を身近に感じることができます。

 　このイベントは、視覚障がい者が日常生活で活用する感覚を通じて、観光客に新たな体験と深い理解を提供します。

　参加者は、暗闇での触覚や嗅覚による体験を通じて、自然の世界観や鵜飼の技術に触れることができます。

　まっくらうかいプロジェクトは、「まっくらうかい」を通じて、視覚障がい者の雇用機会の拡大とともに、地域観光の新たな魅力を発信していく意向です。

　視覚障がい者のガイドが持つ情熱と知識を通じて、鵜飼の文化や背景を深く理解し、多様性と共感を促進する取り組みに期待が寄せられています。

“Makkuraukai” aims to innovate the sensory experience and tourism for the visually impaired, offering participants an opportunity to open the door to an unknown world.

 　Participants begin by wearing blindfolds and boarding a viewing boat.

Guided by visually impaired guides in the darkness, participants focus on senses other than sight. Through experiencing explanations of cormorant fishing, the calls of the cormorants, and the sounds of the river, they can intimately feel the atmosphere and history of cormorant fishing.

 　This event offers tourists new experiences and deeper understanding by utilizing the senses visually impaired individuals rely on in daily life.

Participants can engage with the natural worldview and the techniques of cormorant fishing through tactile and olfactory experiences in the darkness.

The Makkuraukai Project intends to expand employment opportunities for visually impaired individuals while promoting new attractions for regional tourism through “Makkuraukai.”

　Expectations are high for this initiative to promote diversity and empathy by fostering a deep understanding of the culture and background of cormorant fishing through the passion and knowledge of visually impaired guides.
