This position reports directly to The WorkFaith Connection's Director of Human Resources. In addition, the Human Resources Intern Coordinator will undertake various HR administrative duties. The position requires a high degree of proactive, problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment. The role also involves performing tasks focused on growing our organization's talent pipeline and improving our sourcing tactics. The HR Intern Coordinator is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
Assists with recruitment and interview process.
Track candidates' status in HRIS and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
Ability to work with ATS software.
Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update the database.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
Prepares new-employee onboarding documentation and Administrative tasks.
HR intern coordinator works with various (HR) systems and technology.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Files documents into appropriate employee electronic files.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain the team's agenda.
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of employee feedback or surveys.
Supporting the HR director in educating employees and enforcing company policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience in either the following: 1 + years of experience as an HR Coordinator or related field, pursuing or received a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent experience.
