As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day operations of the department. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience throughout their lifecycle with the company.
Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and support initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Prepare orientation materials and assist with new employee orientations.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Assist in tracking employee training and development activities.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of training programs.
HR Administration:
Assist with maintaining HR files and documentation.
Handle routine HR inquiries and provide support to employees.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Current enrollment in a bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
