Organization Description: 

The mission of Bridgehaven Children's Advocacy Center is to give hope and care to the children of Liberty and Chambers counties who are victims of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and foster a working relationship with the government agencies of the two counties assigned to protect and defend victims. 

Primary Function: 

As a college intern in our Family Advocacy program, your role will encompass a variety of important tasks that contribute to our mission of supporting families in need. Your dedication and commitment to enhancing the well-being of families will be an essential part of our team's success. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for greeting families with warmth and empathy, providing informative tours of our facility, and offering guidance on available services. Additionally, you will assist in researching local resources to better serve our families, perform data entry to maintain records, and distribute surveys to gather valuable feedback. 

Preferred qualifications: 

The intern must possess social services and communication skills.
