Primary Function:
The intern will tutor and mentor youth under the parameters of the organization's core values, prepare and facilitate activities for club kids, and assist with administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervision and assistance with youth's homework
Tutor in core subjects, such as Math, Science, and English
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of program activities
Assist in maintaining facility and equipment in good working order
Perform administrative responsibilities, such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and tracking kid's attendance
Participate in the development and safety training
Perform all other duties assigned
Preferred qualifications:
Previous work in related field with children and youth preferred
Following a career path evolving youth
Proficient in the core subjects of Math, English, and Science.
Be able to engage in physical activities.
