■Clarify the outcome

Clearly determine what the final result of the operations you wish to automate and streamline at the end.

If the final result is vague, the direction of the project may become unclear during the development process, and revisions may be made repeatedly.

If this continues, both the client and the developer will waste time and effort, so it is better to clearly define the outcome so that we can move straight toward it.

Of course, we can clarify the result during the consultation, so please let us know in advance.

●What happens when the outcome is not clear

As mentioned above, there are occasionally repeated revisions if the outcome is not clear.

Since it is possible for the desired outcome to change during the development process, I can accommodate a certain amount of revisions without any problem.
However, please be aware that additional costs may be incurred if the desired outcome is changed five or six times and revisions occur.

Since the revisions can range from minor to time-consuming, I do not promise that additional fees will be incurred for every revision, but I will consult with you if the number of revisions increases.

■Scraping / Browser control on request

●Which information do you want to retrieve?

Identify in advance which information you need.

Please provide the URL of the target web page so that you can clearly explain which information is to be obtained.
If it is difficult to explain in writing, use a screenshot, etc., and specify with arrows or circles to avoid mistakes.

Also, if the layout of the page changes according to some condition, it is necessary to specify each condition.

Of course, we can clarify this during the consultation, so please let me know.

●When controlling the browser

When scraping, the program can take some actions in the browser.
There may be many cases such as searching by specific characters, setting conditions, clicking buttons, selecting items, and so on.

If there are such operations, I need to know the details of each operation in advance.

Basically, all operations that can be performed with a keyboard or mouse on a browser can be executed by a program, so we can automatically process those operations.
*NOTE: There is a possibility that URL queries can be sent to the client's server, or that other processing can be performed in a stable manner.

■Delivery and Acceptance Inspection

When I have finished creating the program, I will first provide you with it as a prototype so that you can confirm that the process will run on your PC without problems and that the outcome will be obtained in the desired form.

At this point, we may encounter problems such as gaps in our mutual understanding of the "outcome" or outcome that vary depending on the conditions, and we will correct these issues.

In particular, when requesting scraping, as noted in Notice when you ask development, we ask that you conduct a lengthy test on the PC that will actually be used for the operation.

Although it depends on the actual operating conditions, I ask that you use the program for about one week for a normal VBA program, and two weeks at most for web scraping, and then correct any problems.

●Post-delivery support

I will charge a fee for revisions after delivery, but I will respond free of charge for an indefinite period of time if a problem occurs with the output results under the conditions at the time of the request.
