Beyond managing our food processing and cafe operations, I lead our curated events and farm tours to share the science and story behind our environmentally conscious methods. My core mission is to leverage this regenerative model as the foundation for scaling our operations and strategically expanding our organic brand into new markets.
ผมรับหน้าที่บริหารจัดการภาพรวมของ อุดร ออร์แกนิค ฟาร์ม (Udon Organic Farm) โดยมุ่งเน้นการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจครอบครัวผ่านวิถีเกษตรแบบฟื้นฟู (Regenerative Agriculture) เพื่อสร้างระบบนิเวศที่ยั่งยืนควบคู่ไปกับการผลิต นอกจากการดูแลด้านการแปรรูปอาหารและการจัดการคาเฟ่ให้มีคุณภาพสูงแล้ว ผมยังเป็นผู้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมและประสบการณ์การนำชมฟาร์ม (Farm Tour) ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าชมเข้าใจถึงหัวใจของการทำเกษตรที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เป้าหมายหลักของผมคือการใช้โมเดลการเกษตรที่ยั่งยืนนี้เป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขยายธุรกิจให้เติบโตและเข้าถึงกลุ่มผู้บริโภคในวงกว้างขึ้นครับ
