Activate Your UnitedHealthcare Account 

Activate.UHC.com is the official UnitedHealthcare (UHC) member activation portal. It allows new and existing members to securely set up their online UnitedHealthcare account, verify their identity, and access digital health plan tools such as ID cards, benefits, claims, and provider search.

Activating your UHC account ensures that you have full access to your personalized health plan information. Once activated, you can manage your benefits, check claims, find in-network doctors, order prescriptions, and download your digital ID card anytime from any device. 

All UnitedHealthcare members — including individuals, employer plan members, Medicare, and Medicaid participants — can activate and manage their accounts through Activate.UHC.com. Dependents and family members may also register their own access if covered under your plan. 

If you forget your login details, go to Activate.UHC.com or myuhc.com and click “Forgot Username or Password”. Follow the prompts to securely reset your credentials using your member ID or email address.
