TERMS OF SERVICE
You must be 18 years of age or older to order anything from me.
My artwork is for personal use only. I do not and will not grant rights to commercial use of my artwork.
You may make edits to the finished product. You must still credit me as the original artist, regardless the types/amount of edits you add.
Do not reupload my art anywhere without credit. As long as you credit me, you can reupload wherever.
Do not remove my watermark. It's there for a reason.
Do not feed my artwork into AI. Knowingly using my artwork to train AI models will result in you being blacklisted from ordering from me again.
Generally speaking, turnaround time is 1-2 weeks once payment is received. If I expect to exceed this, you will be informed right away.
If your character is exceedingly complex, there will be an added complexity fee. This is discussed before I send an invoice.
Payment is through PayPal invoice. Payment is received in full before I start the commission. I do not do payment plans.
If you request a refund before I begin, it will be given in full. Understand this will bar you from ordering from me again.
After I begin, I do not do refunds upon request. If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, I will give you a refund in the amount of work that had yet to be finished. For example, if I must refund you and I've already finished the sketch, you will receive 75% of the initial cost.
By buying a commission, you agree to all of this.
