txtpad+ is a "Privacy-First" utility. This app does not contain advertisements, does not track user behavior, and does not communicate with any external servers.

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information (such as name, email, or location).

• Storage Permission (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This permission is used exclusively to allow you to open, edit, and save your .txt files on your device. We have no access to these files; they remain entirely under your control.

• Internet: This version of the app does not require or use Internet access.

3. Data Security 

Since your data is stored only on your local device, the security of your files depends on your device's security settings (biometrics, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping regular backups of your important files.

4. Children’s Privacy 

Because we do not collect any data, this app is fully compliant with COPPA and global children's privacy regulations.

The txtpad app is provided "as is" and "as available." We provide no warranties regarding the permanent safety of your files or the app's performance on all device types. Use of the app is at your own risk.
