Buggin is a punchy hardcore band out of Chicago, Illinois that brings a unique approach to beatdown hardcore. The band's name was originally Buggin Out but was changed to Buggin after issues arose with another band under the same name. Buggin is signed to Flatspot Records which is based out of Baltimore, Maryland. They have released two five-song EPs and a two-song EP. In 2022 a live record was recorded at Audiotree which is located in Chicago. Buggin brings a very groovy sound that is both heavy and equally fun to dance around to. I have seen them perform live a handful of times and without a doubt is my favorite set every time. Buggin always brings forth amazing energy and never fails to get the audience moving. The guitarist Peyton and the drummer Michael are in another Chicago-based hardcore band titled Instill which is also an excellent band. Check them out or else you might be 'Buggin' Out Yer'.
