In this ranking, Brody Fischer dives into breaking down the food industry. What fast-food joint is the best? Well naming one definitive champion is tough, so instead he opted to track a live ranking.

Hot take? According to Brody, "Only thing hot about this is the food." (Brody 2025) He made claims on his ranking that some would not agree with. "For those who say Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is the best chicken place, you're delusional. Make no mistake, I was a hard-core fan of Raising Cane's; they are good, don't make that mistake. You can't be a top restaurant if your whole company is riding on the signature Cane's sauce. With that being said, that sauce is excellent, and it is absolutely the best sauce in the food industry. That's why they are rank 5 at a comfortable 9.0/10.0. I do love their toast. Also, their fries are over hated, they ain't bad." (Brody 2025)

When talking about the #1 fast-food restaurant, for now, Brody selected Culver's. "For me, Culver's is an exceptional fast-food joint. There is more to the story though. There is history and nostalgia involved. One example for me is, after every basketball game in my junior/senior year of high school, we'd always stop at the same Culver's post-game. Sometimes we didn't even eat anything. Most of the time we did because the food is amazing. I could rant about Culver's all day. Pristine food, great costs, nostalgia, perfect score from me. They have never disappointed. 10.0/10.0." (Brody 2025)

There were many other critical points Brody mentioned when explaining, not only his ranking, but also his ratings. "Taco Bell is criminally underrated. As a broke college student, the substance-to-cost ratio is incredible. Not to mention the food taste fantastic. I've had bad experiences there as a kid, but as an adult, I appreciate them so much. The best value on this list. Also the most underrated on this list. Well deserved 9.4/10.0 and spot in the big 3." (Brody 2025) When talking about his 7th spot, this is what he had to say, "Qdoba or Chipotle? It's a close matchup, yet only one can make this list. It's gotta be Qdoba. I don't know why, but every time I've had Qdoba it has been impeccable. All of my memories of Chipotle make me realize that it is very mid in comparison." (Brody 2025) His 9th and 10th spots might be the most controversial yet. "When it comes to pizza, fast-food, price, quality, options, I'm going Little Caesars. I'm sorry. The prices and deals are unbeatable. They have great stuffed crust, cheesy bread crust, pretzel crust, oh come on. Their Twix dessert is heavenly. What's not to love. Now for sub restaurant, I went Subway. Jersey Mike's is probably 11th on this list. I chose Subway for nostalgia, and they are the only sub joint that can make my favorite order. What order? That I will not share." (Brody 2025)

Fast-food is apart of today's economy and has been around for decades. Brody is confident in his list and has strong beliefs. Do you agree with his list? What do you like/dislike? What would you change? Can you make a better top 10?
