This Privacy Policy explains how the Two Balls mobile game ("the App") handles information when you use it on iOS or Android. I am committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about my practices.
The App does not require an account, and I do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
1. Information Collected Automatically
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information from your device:
a. Advertising – Google AdMob
The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
• Device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)
• IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location (country/city)
• Device information (model, operating system, language) and ad interaction data (ad impressions and taps)
Ads may be personalized based on this information only if you allow it:
• iOS: The App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the IDFA. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared and you will see non-personalized ads.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland: You are shown a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy Options on the App's main menu.
• Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

b. Crash Reporting – Firebase Crashlytics
If the App crashes, Firebase Crashlytics collects a crash report containing technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, the state of the App at the time of the crash, and an installation identifier. I use this only to diagnose and fix problems.
c. Usage Analytics – Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics collects usage information such as the screens and game modes you use, session length, and general device and app information, together with an app-instance identifier. I use this data in aggregate to understand how the App is used and to improve it. I do not use it to identify you personally.
d. Game Center / Google Play Games
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your scores and achievements are submitted to that service so they can appear on leaderboards. This is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. I do not receive your account password or contact details.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Game settings (such as sound on/off) and your high scores are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to me and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. How I Use Information
I use the information described above only to:
• Show ads that keep the App free
• Detect, diagnose and fix crashes and bugs
• Understand how the App is used and improve gameplay and performance
• Provide leaderboards and achievements
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.
4. Third-Party Services
The data described above is processed by these providers under their own privacy policies:
• Google AdMob – https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) – https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Apple Game Center – https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Google Play Games – https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Retention and Security
Data collected by Google Firebase and AdMob is stored on Google's servers and kept according to Google's retention policies. For example, Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days. These providers use industry-standard security measures to protect the data.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact me and I will help to have it deleted.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You can:
• Change your ad consent through Privacy Options in the App (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
• Turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings
• Stop all data collection by uninstalling the App
• Contact me at the email below with any privacy request
Because I do not collect your name or email address through the App, I may need your device's identifiers to locate your data.
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised.
