The Rob Zombie soundtrack fits the game so well. Every map has a sick song and the intro cut scene is insanely memorable. That song is twisted metal. Its every bit as good as tm2s theme. And again all the maps have great industrial metal driving songs.

Twisted metal 3 is basically the same shit but more refined and smoother to play. The special moves are better. The cut scenes and art style look better and more consistent. The entire sound track is great. The car designs are cooler. The ending wishes are more dramatic and theatrical. There's just a clear vision and consistency to the game. Again... Tm2 has the worst driving mechanics ever... The car is too fast and flails all over the place... It sucks... And the inputs for the special moves are inconsistent. If you hit left right up in tm3 it works every single time. The inputs on tm2 feel clunky and inconsistent. I doubt anyone is going to agree with me. The nostalgia for tm2 is out of control. But I assure you.. I've finished almost every tm game with every character dozens of times. I got tm2 and 3 back to back like everyone else... (Didn't play tm1) I'm sure its garbage though. Anything more raw and less refined than tm2 would be unplayable. So... I've recently gone back to play tm2 3 and 4. Ill admit... Tm4 is A terrible game. But people like to lump it with tm3. Its really nothing like tm3. It might have the same engine or whatever. But the driving mechanics do not feel the same at all. All the characters are stupid. The story is stupid. The maps are terrible like tm2. Idk... Anyway... If you've played both games alot you might understand what I'm saying. But if you've really only played tm2 alot. You might have a limited perspective on the situation. I don't really want to hear it about tm2... I know all about tm2. I've played it alot. You are nostalgic for tm2. Yes... But I'm being objective about it. Tm3 made notable improvements that people like to ignore. Again... Its a much smoother game to play.
