BirdWall Studio(이하 “운영자”)는 Twilight RPG(패키지 이름: com.birdwallstudio.twilightrpg)를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 게임 이용 과정에서 처리하는 개인정보와 이용자의 선택 및 권리를 설명합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의 담당 및 연락처: BirdWall Studio / leetanbori@gmail.com.
로그인 및 계정: Google 로그인과 Firebase Authentication을 사용합니다. 인증 과정에서 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, 표시 이름 및 인증에 필요한 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 게임 서버에는 Firebase 사용자 식별자와 연결된 표시 이름, 로그인 제공자, 계정 생성 시각 및 최근 로그인 시각을 저장합니다. 이는 로그인, 계정 구분 및 계정 관리에 이용합니다. 운영자는 Google 계정 비밀번호를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 및 저장: 캐릭터 식별자, 직업, 레벨, 경험치, 재화, 아이템, 스킬, 퀘스트·던전 진행, 플레이 시간, 보상 수령 및 구매 권한 등의 게임 데이터를 기기에 저장하고 계정에 연결하여 클라우드에 동기화합니다. 목적은 게임 제공, 진행 상황 복구, 기기 간 저장 연동 및 중복 지급 방지입니다. 언어·음량 등의 기기 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다.
구매: Google Play 결제 및 Unity IAP를 이용합니다. 상품 식별자, 구매 토큰·영수증 관련 정보, 계정·캐릭터와 연결된 식별값 및 지급·복원 기록을 구매 확인, 상품 지급, 복원 및 부정 구매 방지에 사용합니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 결제 제공자가 처리하며 운영자가 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
광고: Google AdMob은 광고 제공·측정 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 이용될 수 있음), 광고 식별자 등 기기·계정 식별자, 앱 실행·광고 조회·클릭 등의 상호작용과 진단 정보를 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다. 처리 범위는 기기 설정, 동의 상태 및 광고 제공 방식에 따라 달라집니다.
보안 및 문의: Firebase App Check 및 Google Play Integrity를 사용하여 앱·기기의 무결성을 확인하고 비정상적인 접근을 방지합니다. 서비스 제공 과정의 접속·오류·보안 관련 정보가 서비스 제공자에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 문의 시에는 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 이용자가 제공한 정보를 답변과 문제 해결에 이용합니다.
계정, 저장 및 구매 처리는 요청하신 게임 서비스 제공을 위해 필요합니다. 보안 및 부정행위 방지를 위한 처리는 적용 법률이 허용하는 정당한 이익에 근거할 수 있습니다. 동의가 필요한 광고 관련 처리는 해당 동의에 따르며, 법령상 의무가 있는 경우 그 의무 이행을 위해 정보를 처리합니다.
지역 및 동의 요건에 따라 광고 동의 화면이 제공됩니다. 동의 설정 변경이 필요한 경우 게임 설정에 표시되는 “광고 동의”에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정의 광고 관련 메뉴에서도 광고 식별자를 관리할 수 있습니다. 동의 철회는 철회 이전의 적법한 처리에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
운영자는 로그인, 클라우드 저장, 구매 검증, 광고 및 보안 기능을 제공하기 위해 Google/Firebase 및 Unity의 서비스를 사용합니다. 이들 제공자는 기능 수행에 필요한 정보를 처리하며, 각 서비스에 적용되는 계약과 개인정보 정책에 따라 정보를 취급합니다. 법령상 요구 또는 적법한 권리 보호를 위해 필요한 경우에도 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

계정 및 게임 저장 정보는 계정을 통한 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 처리 목적이 달성되거나 유효한 삭제 요청이 처리되면 더 이상 필요하지 않은 정보를 삭제하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 처리합니다. 거래, 분쟁 대응 또는 법적 의무 이행을 위해 보관이 필요한 기록은 해당 목적과 적용 법률에 필요한 범위 및 기간에 한하여 보관하며, 그 외 용도로 사용하지 않습니다. 외부 서비스 제공자가 별도로 관리하는 정보는 해당 제공자의 보관·삭제 정책도 적용됩니다.
계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청: leetanbori@gmail.com으로 제목을 “Twilight RPG 계정 삭제 요청”으로 하여 보내주세요. 게임 로그인에 사용한 Google 이메일 주소와 삭제를 요청하는 내용을 적어주세요. 본인 확인에 필요한 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요. 요청은 본인 확인 후 적용 법률에 따른 기간 내 처리하고, 삭제 대상·결과 및 보관이 필요한 정보가 있는 경우 그 사유를 안내합니다.
삭제 요청의 대상은 게임 계정 프로필과 연결된 클라우드 저장 데이터입니다. 구매 관련 기록 등 예외적으로 보관해야 할 정보가 있다면 요청 처리 시 안내합니다. 계정 삭제 시 진행 상황과 계정에 연결된 권한을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 클라우드 계정 데이터가 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 기기에 남은 데이터는 Android의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 기능으로 관리할 수 있습니다. Google 계정 자체의 삭제와는 별개입니다.
이용자는 적용 법률에 따라 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한·정지, 처리 반대, 데이터 이동 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 위 문의 이메일로 보내주세요. 본인 확인 및 법령상 예외가 적용될 수 있으며, 거주 지역의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다.
서비스 통신에는 암호화된 연결을 사용하고, 계정 인증 및 접근 통제를 적용합니다. 다만 어떠한 시스템도 모든 위험을 완전히 제거할 수는 없습니다. Google, Firebase 및 Unity의 서비스 운영에 따라 정보가 이용자의 거주 국가 밖(미국 등)의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 해당 처리에는 적용 법률에 필요한 보호 조치와 서비스 제공자의 데이터 처리 조건이 적용됩니다.
아동의 개인정보에 대해 보호자 동의 등 별도 요건이 적용되는 경우 해당 요건을 준수해야 합니다. 보호자께서 아동의 정보가 필요한 동의 없이 처리되었다고 판단하시면 위 이메일로 연락해 주세요. 내용을 확인하여 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 진행합니다.
게임 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지와 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 필요한 경우 게임 내 안내 등 적절한 방법으로 알리고, 법률상 필요한 동의를 받습니다.

BirdWall Studio (“we”) operates Twilight RPG (package: com.birdwallstudio.twilightrpg). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game. Privacy contact: BirdWall Studio, leetanbori@gmail.com.
Account and sign-in: Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication process account identifiers, email address, display name and authentication information as applicable. Our game account record stores a Firebase user identifier, display name when available, sign-in provider, creation time and last sign-in time. We use this information for authentication and account management. We do not directly collect your Google password.
Game saves: Character identifiers, class, level, experience, currency, items, skills, quest and dungeon progress, play time, reward claims and purchase entitlements are saved locally and synchronized to cloud storage linked to your account. This supports gameplay, recovery, cross-device saves and prevention of duplicate grants. Device preferences such as language and volume are stored locally.
Purchases: We use Google Play billing and Unity IAP. Product identifiers, purchase tokens and receipt information, account- and character-linked identifiers, and grant or restoration records support purchase verification, delivery, restoration and fraud prevention. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we do not directly collect card numbers.
Advertising: Google AdMob may collect and share IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), advertising and other device/account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing varies with consent, device settings and ad delivery mode.
Security and support: Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity help verify app/device integrity and prevent abuse. Service providers may process connection, error and security information. When you contact us, we use your email, message and voluntarily supplied information to respond and resolve the issue.
Account, save and purchase processing is necessary to provide the service you request. Security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests where permitted by law. Advertising processing that requires consent relies on that consent; we also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations.
Where required, an advertising consent message is provided. You can revisit your choices through “Ad consent” in game settings when that option is required and available. Android settings also provide controls for advertising identifiers. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal.
Google/Firebase and Unity process information needed for authentication, cloud saves, purchase verification, advertising and security under their applicable terms and policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or for lawful protection of rights.

We retain account and save data while needed to provide account-based services. When the purpose ends or a valid deletion request is fulfilled, unnecessary personal information is deleted or de-identified. Records needed for transactions, disputes or legal obligations are retained only to the extent and for the duration necessary for those purposes and applicable law. Providers' own retention policies also apply to information they separately control.
To request account and data deletion, email leetanbori@gmail.com with the subject “Twilight RPG account deletion request.” Include the Google email used for game sign-in and your request. We may request minimal additional information to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or verification codes. After verification, we handle requests within the period required by applicable law and explain the result and any required retention.
The request covers your game account profile and linked cloud saves. We explain any exceptions, such as purchase records that must be retained. Deletion may make progress and account-linked entitlements unrecoverable. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete cloud account data. Local data can be managed using Android's clear-app-data or uninstall options. This process does not delete your Google account.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent through our contact email. Identity verification and legal exceptions may apply. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your region.
We use encrypted service connections, authentication and access controls. No system eliminates every risk. Google, Firebase and Unity may process information on servers outside your country, including the United States. Applicable safeguards and the providers' data processing terms govern such processing.
Where special requirements such as parental consent apply to children's information, those requirements must be met. Parents or guardians who believe a child's information has been processed without required consent should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion.
We update this page and its revision date when features or data practices change. Where required, we provide notice of material changes through the game or another appropriate channel and obtain necessary consent.
