DE WEEK 3: ROSTERS EXIST FOR A REASON - 3/4/2017
$oMR brought all of their cannons this week and easily gunned down SJWS 3-0.
MiH will defend its undefeated position next week against $oMR in a BO7 match for the finals of TWDS2017!
DE WEEK 2: THE BATTLE OF WHO COULD CARE LESS - 2/26/17
MiH continues their dominance, besting SJWS 3-1.
SC managed to rise from the rubble of last week's defeat and mount an admirable match against $oMR. But in the end their efforts proved futile and $oMR was able to win 3-2.
$oMR and SJWS will battle over who joins SC at the elimination station after next weekend.
MiH will rest their claws next week and prepare for the finals.
DE WEEK 1: DON'T BE A DICK- 2/18/17
SJWS & Stella's Concubines each suffered defeat in the first round of the DE tourney.
MIH and SJWS face off next week in the undefeated column, while SJWS & SC engage in a fight to survive elimination!
MYRKS IN HEAT WIN GROUP STAGE - 1/28/17
SJWS & Stella's Concubines were tied in wins, however Stella's Concubines had more subs than any other team and wouldn't have made it thus far without their extensive use. Therefore tie goes to SJWS,
WEEK 4: FINAL GROUP STAGE - 2/4/2017
The final round of group stages is nigh. 19/21 matches have been played thus far, with 7 matches to go. And they said it couldn't be done.

Week 3 is under way! - 1/28/2017
The battle raged into it's third week, blood now below the knees of the challengers. Between each slash and stab, the hollow slush of blood and gore called out for itself over and over again.

Group Stages

the general cadence is that each team will play 2 matches each week, and in 4 weeks every team will have played each other once. some weeks you may have only 1 match.
To be honest, it doesn't really matter when you play, Just be sure to post results in the respective results thread. Every captain is encouraged to get in touch with the opposing captain if they wish to schedule separately, otherwise the FALLBACK IS AT 3pm EST

A New Contest Emerges
While the legendary Cu Classic had only recently drawn to a close, the hunger for battle still tore at the hearts and loins of many a fierce warrior. Some had said it was the last and final tournament this conquest would ever see, and that the end of days was nigh. While still others plotted the next round of bloodshed, their lust unsatisfied.
These last warriors, the ones who had no definition of final day, headed north, collecting the like minded along the way. Their destination was known to but a few: a now deserted Berserker settlement that had once housed thousands of their tribes. It was now mostly scattered hills of stone, laid to waste by the Northern Paladins in the last Great War. These grounds would serve their next contest well. Once they had arrived, the men began to drink and celebrate, as the next morning voting would begin.
As was tradition, each man spilled his first bowl break the morning after the night's festivities. Each man casting their vote in the form of a ball next to one another's name. Each stroke was laid in the snow with the precision of a skilled artist. Once each man had cast their vote, a skunky aroma swept through their small camp with the force of a thousand winds. Once they came to, where once laid their names and assessment of one another's battle prowess, now laid eight groups of names, each with an assigned leader.
