Most teachers arrive here looking for something practical: a tool they can use, a new idea to explore, or a way to improve their practice.
That’s a good place to begin.
The TwC Library of Resources works a little differently from traditional resources. Rather than offering ready-made answers for you to copy, learn and use; TwC resources are designed to help you uncover your own tools and insights. Many of the resources here are stories, case studies, and real experiences from teaching practice.
Why? Because what you discover for yourself is more likely to fit your context, stay with you, and make a lasting difference.
To get the most value from any resource, use the coaching approach. Start by exploring and noticing what is happening in your mind and body as you place the resource in your context. Take a moment to reflect on what stands out and what feels relevant to your own teaching practice. From there, consider what you can extract, what tools and strategies are being used, and what principles sit behind them. Finally, think about where you might apply these ideas in your own setting.
The coaching approach turns each resource into something personal, practical, and meaningful.
We are working on this user interface. You have asked to be able to explore the library in different ways, depending on what you need.
