This Privacy Policy applies to our Wear OS Watch Face and its associated Mobile Companion Application (collectively referred to as the "App").

1. Data Access and Collection

Our watch face uses the android.permission.BODY_SENSORS permission to access real-time heart rate data strictly to display it on your watch screen. Our Mobile Companion Application and Watch Face do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal, health, or sensitive user data. 

2. Data Usage 

All health and sensor data accessed by the Watch Face is processed entirely locally on your device in real-time. No data is sent to external servers, third-party services, or the developer.

3. Data Retention Policy

We do not retain, store, or save any user data, health data, or personal information. Because no user data is collected or transmitted off your device, we do not maintain any databases or cloud servers holding user data. 

4. Data Deletion

Since we do not collect, store, or retain any user data on external servers or local persistent storage, there is no user data to be deleted from our end. Users have complete control over their data locally and can stop sensor access at any time by revoking permissions in the device settings or by completely uninstalling the Watch Face and Mobile Companion Application.
