TVHClient is developed by Robert Siebert.
TVHClient allows you to interact with TVHeadend (a TV streaming server and recorder) so you can watch, record and manage your TV programs on your mobile phone or tablet.
TVHClient is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use my app. If you choose to use TVHClient, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that I collect is used for providing and improving the software. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
TVHClient stores user settings and the received data from the server in the protected memory of your Android device. The login information is only used to connect to the configured server. The received data from the server is only used by the app to be presented to the user.
For a better experience, while using my app, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. This information is stored on your phone as logging data. This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
Additionally the app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
In-App Purchases
You may choose to access additional features in the app by purchasing an unlocker within the app. The transaction is subject to the Google Terms of Use.
Permissions
Access to the device memory is required for downloading recordings and saving log files. Access is required only for these functions and only when enabled by the user. The application also works without this permission. The user can restrict access to the device memory from Android 6.
Security
I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
