This Privacy Policy describes how TuskTask (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application TuskTask (the “App”).
We collect limited information to provide core features, improve service quality, and display advertisements:
We use Firebase to collect anonymous technical data automatically, including:
Device model, Android system version
App version, language settings
Crash logs, performance analytics & usage statistics
Push notification tokens for important message delivery
Storage access is used to:
Save photos/files you captured inside the App
Read local images you choose to import into tasks
We never access or share unrelated personal files.
If you subscribe to monthly/annual plans or purchase the lifetime one-time license via Creem:
We do not store your full credit card, debit card, bank account numbers or CV security codes.
All sensitive payment credentials are captured, encrypted and processed solely by Creem in compliance with global PCI DSS payment security standards.
We only record encrypted transaction metadata for order reconciliation, including your registered email, order ID, purchased plan type, transaction amount and billing address.
Creem acts as our authorized payment processor, bound by a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You may review Creem’s privacy policy at https://creem.io/privacy.
Our App integrates Google AdMob / Google Ads to display advertisements and generate revenue:
We collect anonymous Android Advertising ID (AAID) for delivering relevant advertisements
The advertising SDK may automatically collect device information, network status, and ad interaction behavior
Data is used for ad serving, performance analysis, anti-fraud, and optimizing advertising experience
Third-party advertising partners (Google) may use cookies or similar technologies for personalized ads
We use collected data for the following purposes:
Provide, maintain & optimize core task management functions
Fix crashes, analyze stability & improve user experience via Firebase Analytics
Send essential push notifications for task reminders
Process secure subscription and lifetime license purchases through Creem
Display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob and analyze ad performance
Comply with Google Play policy and legal requirements
We never sell your personal identifiable data to any third party.
We share anonymous non-personal data only with trusted service providers:
Firebase (Google) for analytics and push notifications
Creem for global payment processing, billing and refund handling
Google AdMob for advertising delivery and optimization
These partners are bound by strict data protection agreements.
Data will only be disclosed if required by law, legal proceedings or official government requests.
Anonymous analytics and advertising data is stored on secure Google cloud servers with encryption protection.
Local photos/files stay on your device unless you manually upload them.
All payment flows adopt industry-standard encryption to protect transaction security.
Creem retains payment records for the minimum mandatory retention period required by anti-money laundering and financial regulations worldwide; we store simplified order records for 5 years for compliance audits.

TuskTask is intended solely for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, and we do not target advertisements to underage users. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
You can initiate a request to delete my account/data within the app or through the link we provide:
We will immediately delete all your personal data, cloud archives, usage records, and account information on our servers.
Your local device data (including local archives, cache, and local files) will be retained and will not be deleted.
After deletion, cloud data cannot be recovered, and local data can still be used on the device.
To comply with legal and financial security requirements, we may retain necessary transaction records processed via Creem within the statutory retention period, and all other personal data will be permanently deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always be published on our official public privacy page.
