This is a third-party app for KTM motorcycles that provides turn-by-turn navigation and connectivity features. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KTM or Husqvarna.

1. Data Collection

• Google Account Information: We access your basic profile (name, email) to identify your account

• Device Information/Crash Logs: App's crash logs and device information (Android version, Brand, etc) are collected to improve the app.

• Device location: Location data is collected to provide ride tracking and leaderboard features and is opt-in.

2. Permissions Used

• Location: Used to detect GPS accuracy and show GPS icon on the dash. Provide ride tracking and leaderboard features.

• Bluetooth: Required to connect to the motorcycle and transmit turn navigation data.

• Send Notification: Android requires a persistent notification to be created when an app starts a foreground service.

• Read Notification: To read turn-by-turn navigation data from navigation apps Notification such as Google Maps.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party libraries to support core functionality (e.g., Google ML Kit, Google Play Services). These services may process data as per their own privacy policies, but we do not explicitly share your personal data with them beyond what is necessary for their function

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not sold to any third parties. We use Google Analytics to process device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to help us analyze and improve our app.

Industry-standard security measures are implemented, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers, and secure practices for data stored in our databases. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal information from our production systems within [e.g., 30 days]. Anonymized crash logs and usage data may be retained for longer for statistical purposes.
