CSHC Turkey Trot 2026

Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot!

You’re invited to join us on Thanksgiving Day for our annual Turkey Trot 5K & Fun Run/walk during CSHC’s Thanksgiving Work Weekend!

Whether you’re ready to run the 5K or prefer a leisurely walk with family and friends, there’s something for everyone! Everyone is welcome, and proceeds from T-shirt sales will go toward supporting Bible School 2027!

Event Schedule:

- 7:30 AM: 5K begins at the Youth Park

- 8:00 AM: Fun Run/Walk begins soon after the 5K starts

The Fun Run/Walk will consist of four laps around the church, totaling one mile.

Come join us and enjoy a fun way to get outdoors and spend Thanksgiving morning together!

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. We hope to see you there!

The Turkey Trot is a free Thanksgiving morning event open to everyone, offering a 5K (3.1 miles) and a Fun Run/walk as a way to enjoy God’s gift of health and movement while encouraging one another and raising funds for Bible School. Both events begin and end at the Youth Park, with the 5K following a route around the Campground, while the one-mile Fun Run/walk consists of four laps around the Main Church Sanctuary. The event will take place before any scheduled work begins, so there’s no conflict with the Thanksgiving Work Weekend activities. Participation is free, but everyone is encouraged to purchase a Turkey Trot shirt if they would like one. They are available in various styles and sizes to support Bible School. Donations are also welcome for those who would like to contribute without purchasing a shirt or running the 5k or Fun Run/walk!
