This Privacy Policy explains in detail the types of information we may collect, how we use, store and protect such information, as well as your rights regarding your information when you use the Game. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to fulfill the core functions of the Game (including online racing, real-time matching, score ranking, and in-game prop use) and improve your gaming experience. We do not collect excessive personal information, and all collection activities comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The information we collect is categorized as follows:
1.1 Automatically Collected Device and Technical Information
When you use the Game, we may automatically collect certain technical information related to your device and gaming process to ensure the Game operates stably and smoothly. This information includes but is not limited to:
- Device basic information: Device model, brand, operating system version, RAM/ROM capacity, network connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular), and unique device identifiers (such as AAID for Android, IDFV for iOS).
- Gaming technical data: Game launch time, session duration, game crash logs, frame rate, latency, and network stability data.
This information is used to troubleshoot technical faults, optimize the Game's compatibility with different devices, and improve the smoothness of online racing.
1.2 Game-Related Data
To provide core racing and competitive functions, we will collect data generated during your gaming process, including but not limited to:
- Game account information: Username, avatar (optional), and game level/rank (if you create an in-game account).
- Racing performance data: Lap time, racing score, number of wins/losses, props used, and track completion records.
- Social interaction data: Friend list (if you choose to add in-game friends), team collaboration records, and chat content (only used for real-time in-game communication and not stored permanently).
All game-related data is used to maintain the normal operation of competitive ranking, realize real-time multiplayer matching, and optimize game balance.
1.3 Voluntarily Provided Information
In specific scenarios, you may choose to provide us with relevant information voluntarily. For example:
- When you register an in-game account, you may voluntarily provide a username (no real-name required) or bind a third-party account (such as Google Play, Apple ID) for quick login.
- When you participate in in-game events (such as tournaments, reward activities), you may provide necessary information as required by the event to receive rewards.
- When you use the Game's feedback function to submit suggestions or report problems, you may provide a description of the issue or relevant screenshots to help us solve problems efficiently.
1.4 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate third-party tools or services to enhance your gaming experience, and these third parties may collect your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. The main third-party services include:
- Authentication services: Third-party login services (e.g., Google Play Games, Apple Game Center) to help you quickly log in without registering an independent account.
- Analytics tools: (e.g., Firebase Analytics) to collect anonymous gaming behavior data (such as popular tracks, common props) to optimize game design and balance.
- Advertising services (if applicable): Third-party advertising SDKs to display non-intrusive ads in the free version of the Game. These SDKs may collect anonymous device data to display relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in the Game's settings.
- Payment services (if applicable): Third-party payment gateways to process in-game purchases (such as virtual currency, premium vehicles). These services will only collect payment-related information necessary to complete the transaction, and we will not store your payment details.
We do not control the collection and use of information by third parties, and we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of these third parties before using the relevant functions of the Game.
2. Purpose of Using Your Information

- To optimize the Game's performance and gaming experience, such as analyzing racing data to adjust track difficulty and prop balance, fixing game bugs, and developing new tracks or game modes that meet user needs.
- To provide personalized services, such as recommending tracks or opponents that match your racing level, and pushing event information that may interest you based on your gaming preferences.
- To ensure the security of the Game and users' accounts, such as detecting and preventing cheating, malicious attacks, or unauthorized account access, and protecting the fairness of competitive gameplay.
