Welcome to my homepage!
I am a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University, working with Prof. Jeffrey Gruen. Before joining Yale, I earned my Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Miami, supervised by Prof. Lan Wang. I also hold a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
My research interests span statistics, operations management, and reinforcement learning. I currently focus on applying statistical and operational methods to help schools design effective strategies for monitoring students’ learning trajectories and for early identification and intervention to reduce the risk of learning disabilities.
