# TunnelMint Privacy Policy
**Effective date:** 11 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how **TheGsmWork** ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Android application **TunnelMint** (the "App").
## 1. What TunnelMint does
TunnelMint lets you enter a local HTTP port running on your Android device and create a temporary public HTTPS URL through Cloudflare Quick Tunnels. Anyone who has that URL may be able to access the service exposed through it.
TunnelMint is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Cloudflare, Inc.
## 2. Information the App handles
### Information entered by you
- Local port numbers that you add to the App.
- Temporary public tunnel URLs generated while a tunnel is active.
- Any content, requests, responses, credentials, or other data that you choose to expose through your local service.
Port numbers and active tunnel state are used to operate the App. The current version does not require an account and does not intentionally send your port list or App settings to TheGsmWork's servers.
### Information collected automatically by the App
The App does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, user accounts, or in-app tracking in the current version. We do not intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or browsing history through the App.
Android and network providers may still create their own technical logs, such as IP addresses, device information, or connectivity data. Those records are controlled by the relevant platform or provider, not by this policy.
## 3. Tunnel traffic and Cloudflare
When you start a tunnel, traffic for the local service is routed through the bundled `cloudflared` client and Cloudflare's Quick Tunnel infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information and tunnel traffic as necessary to provide, secure, monitor, and abuse-prevent its service. Cloudflare's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing:
- [Cloudflare Privacy Policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)
- [Cloudflare Terms of Service](https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/)
Do not expose passwords, private dashboards, personal records, or other sensitive services unless you have added appropriate authentication and understand the risks. Quick Tunnel URLs are temporary, can change after reconnecting, and do not provide an uptime guarantee.
## 4. Permissions used
- **Internet:** required to connect to Cloudflare and create a tunnel.
- **Access network state:** used to determine whether network connectivity is available.
- **Foreground service:** keeps an active tunnel running while the App is in the background.
- **Post notifications:** used on supported Android versions to show active-tunnel status and a stop action. You can deny this permission, but Android may limit visibility of the foreground service.
The App does not request contacts, camera, microphone, storage, location, or phone permissions.
## 5. Clipboard and external links
If you tap the copy action, Android places the generated public URL in your device clipboard. Clipboard contents are controlled by Android and other apps on your device. The App also provides optional links to email, Telegram, and YouTube; those services have their own privacy policies.
## 6. Data storage and security
The current version keeps active tunnel state in the App process and does not provide cloud backup or synchronization of your port list. No security measure is perfect, and you are responsible for securing the local service and stopping a tunnel when it is no longer needed.
## 7. Children
TunnelMint is intended for developers and general users, but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## 8. Your choices and requests
You can stop a tunnel, remove a configured port, deny notification permission, or uninstall the App at any time. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or concerns about this policy, contact us at **thegsmwork@gmail.com**.
## 9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published at this location with a revised effective date.
