TuneBand respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data may be handled when you use the app.
1. App scope
TuneBand is a client player for user-hosted media servers (self-hosted), such as Navidrome. TuneBand does not provide its own music catalog.
2. Data that may be collected
TuneBand may collect technical and usage data for:
- app functionality;
- security and abuse prevention;
- performance and stability analysis;
- ad display and measurement.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
TuneBand uses Google AdMob to display ads.
AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers, ad interaction data, and approximate location, according to Google policies.
4. Consent and privacy choices
Where required by law (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other applicable regions), users will see a consent form to choose how their data may be used for advertising.
When available, users can refuse personalized ads.
5. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, we may request tracking permission (ATT).
Authorization is optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
6. Sharing with third parties
Data required for advertising, measurement, and service operation may be shared with technology partners, including Google, according to those providers' policies.
7. Third-party content and user responsibility
TuneBand may access and display content stored on servers configured by the user.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to store, transmit, and play such content in their jurisdiction.
8. Data retention and security
Data is handled for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
9. Children
TuneBand is not directed to children where specific legal requirements apply to that audience.

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of data, and manage consent and privacy preferences.
