TuitionLab 11+ Academy – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using TuitionLab 11+ Academy’s services, including our free trial sessions, paid tuition packages, and online resources.

By booking a session or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide tuition and learning support for the 11+ entrance exams, including:

• Maths
  
  

• English
  
  

• Verbal Reasoning (VR)
  
  

• Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR)
  
  

Sessions are delivered by fully qualified UK teachers.

2. Free Trial Sessions

• Each new student is entitled to one free trial session.
  
  

• Trial sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  
  

• After the trial, you will have the option to purchase a subscription to continue lessons.
  
  

3. Payments

• Payment for paid lessons or packages must be made in advance.
  
  

• Prices are clearly displayed before you purchase.
  
  

• We accept payment via [insert accepted payment methods – e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, card payment].
  
  

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson.
  
  

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
  
  

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative date.
  
  

5. Behaviour & Participation

We expect students to:

• Arrive on time for each session
  
  

• Bring any required materials
  
  

• Participate respectfully in lessons
  
  

We reserve the right to withdraw services if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to deliver high-quality tuition but cannot guarantee exam success.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services beyond what is required by law.
