I'm Tuhin Harit from India. As a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Texas at Dallas and a (2024-25) job market candidate, I work across the broad disciplines of Asset Pricing and ESG finance. I am an Empirical researcher with focus on factor models and underlying channels driving asset returns.
Prior to PhD, I worked in the field of Energy investment banking. My industry experiences have fueled my curiosity about what truly drives asset returns, leading me to explore this question through my academic research.
I am a fiction writer, having published an English language novel. In free-time, I enjoy practicing Taek-won-do and long-distance running.
