"Enclosure" is an art piece about deliberating between transitioning or keeping that part of yourself locked away. Using vivid imagery of a contorted figure, the artwork aims to represent the adjacent ugliness associated with hiding a part of one’s identity. The bared fangs and barbed tail suggest a danger in setting it free, yet also representing an inherent closeness, as it becomes entirely intertwined with the malformed ribcage.
