Welcome to Oralo! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("Oralo", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Oralo is an AI-powered note-taking and transcription app that allows users to:

Record or import audio and video files
Receive instant transcriptions
Use AI tools like summaries, translations, bullet points, paraphrasing, and more

Oralo is available in two versions:

Free Version: Offers limited transcription time and a limited number of imports/exports.
Paid Version (Subscription): Unlocks extended transcription time, unlimited import/export capabilities, and access to premium features.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Oralo, you agree to:

Use the app for lawful purposes only
Not misuse the app in a way that may harm its functionality or other users
Be responsible for managing and securing your data stored locally on your device

3. Subscription and Billing

Upgrading to the Paid Version is optional and may involve recurring charges.

Payment is handled through the App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle
You may manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

4. Data Storage and Privacy

All your data (recordings, transcriptions, imported files, and AI outputs) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data.

5. Data Deletion

You are fully responsible for managing your files. Once you delete any content from your device, it cannot be restored. We have no access to your data and cannot assist in recovery.

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the app or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Oralo after updates means you accept the revised terms.
