University of Tsukuba Rugby Field – CHUBU UT FIELD

Please note that registration may close before the deadline if the maximum number of teams is reached.

Participation Fee:
3,000 yen per team
Payment method: The team representative should pay in cash at the reception on the event day.

Eligibility:
Open to elementary school students through adults.
Preschool children may participate if accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Competition Format:
4-on-4 league matches
(Each team: 4–6 players / Match duration: 5–7 minutes)

Category Selection
Please note that the organizing office may adjust categories, so your assigned league may differ from your preference.

・Enjoy Category:
For those who want to enjoy tag rugby casually. Mainly for beginners. Refereeing will be relaxed.

・Excite Category:
For those who want a more competitive and exciting experience. Mainly for experienced players. Refereeing will be stricter.

Teams should consist of 4 to around 6 players.
Match duration is planned to be 5 minutes.
League structure, number of matches, and match times will be determined by the organizing office based on the number of registered teams.

Weather & Event Updates:
In case of severe weather or other changes, the decision will be communicated to the team representative by email by the day before the event.
