Hello! I am Thomas Sales (or preferably Tom), and I am an applied mathematician with research interests in numerical analysis and partial differential equations. I am currently a Research Fellow in mathematics at University College London, funded by an EPSRC Postdoctoral Fellowship (Numerical analysis of fully nonlinear mean field games). I am also a visiting research fellow at the University of Sussex.

Prior to this I was an EPSRC Postdoctoral Pathway Fellow in mathematics at the University of Sussex, working with Dr Chandrasekhar Venkataraman and Dr Philip Herbert. Before this I completed my PhD (titled "Analysis and numerical analysis of some nonlinear partial differential equations on evolving domains") at the University of Warwick, supervised by Professor Charles Elliott. Even earlier still I completed my MMath at the University of Bath, where my final year project was supervised by Dr Pranav Singh.
