TERMS OF USE

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

Hello and welcome to Trust Call : Caller ID & Block

This short agreement explains how you and we Maxify Global will work together while you use our app, website, and any related features (together, “the Service”). By tapping “Accept,” creating an account, or simply using any part of the Service, you’re telling us you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the Service.

A quick heads-up about disputes

Section 12 below contains an arbitration clause and class-action waiver. These affect how any disagreement between you and us can be resolved. You have 30 days to opt out of arbitration if you wish. Please read that section carefully.

Your Part of the Deal

To keep things running smoothly, you agree that you will:

• Stick to everything in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Play by any extra rules that pop up when you use special features (we’ll surface them before you dive in).

• Follow the terms of any outside service you link—social logins, cloud backups, or anything else—not just ours.

By continuing to use Trust Call : Caller ID & Block , you’re saying “got it” to all of the above.

What You’re Allowed (and Not Allowed) to Do

We’re happy to give you permission—personal, non-exclusive, and revocable—to install and use Trust Call : Caller ID & Block  on devices you own or control, strictly for your own everyday use.

Please don’t:

• Copy, tweak, or dig into our source code.

• Create spin-off apps or share altered versions.

• Use our name, logo, or any brand elements without written consent.

If you’d like to embed our tech in another product or service, reach out and we’ll discuss a separate agreement.

Who Can Sign Up?

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Caller ID: Spam Blocker. If you’re 13 to 17, make sure a parent or guardian says it’s okay first. If the law where you live sets a higher age, that number wins. If we discover—or have a good-faith belief—that someone under 13 (or under the local minimum) is on the service without proper consent, we’ll suspend or close the account right away.

Our Stuff, Your Permission

Everything you see and hear in Trust Call : Caller ID & Block  —source code, design, names, logos, databases, even the way we arrange pixels—is owned by us (or our partners) and protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and patent laws. We’re simply letting you “borrow” the app under the rules in these terms. That permission is personal, temporary, and can be revoked the moment you step outside the lines. You may not copy, tweak, share, sell, or dig into our code unless we give you written consent. Using the app never transfers any ownership to you; it just gives you a seat at the table while you behave. If we spot misuse, we’ll defend our rights with every legal tool available.

Your Information & Content

What you share

Anything you type, upload, or sync—profile info, spam-number reports, contact lists—remains yours, but you’re on the hook for it. You promise it’s accurate, non-infringing, and that you have all necessary rights (including consent from anyone whose details you provide).

What we collect

To keep the app humming, we also gather technical data: approximate location, device model, crash logs, usage stats, etc. All of that is covered in our Privacy Policy—give it a quick read.

Call recording heads-up

If you turn on call recording, you must obey every local law. That usually means telling the other party and getting their “okay” when required. Recordings live only on your device; we never store them. If you’re unsure what’s legal where you are, talk to a lawyer—we can’t give legal advice and aren’t liable for misuse.

License you give us

By submitting anything to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, tweak, and share it so we can run, improve, and promote Caller ID: Spam Blocker. No extra approval or payment is needed.

What we don’t promise

We may look at user submissions for quality or safety, but we don’t fact-check everything. You might run across info that’s outdated or offensive, and you accept that risk. We’re not responsible for any headaches that arise from content you see or share through the app.

Stepping Outside Our Walls

Sometimes we point you to other apps, sites, or plug-ins we don’t own or run. When that happens:

We’re just the signpost. We don’t screen or vouch for these outside services.

Once you leave Trust Call : Caller ID & Block their rules (and their privacy policies) take over. Take a moment to read them before you click “allow” or hand over any data.

If something goes sideways—bugs, billing surprises, data leaks—we can’t be held responsible. Proceed only if you’re comfortable accepting that risk on your own.

Using the App—Your License

We give you a personal, non-transferable pass to run Trust Call : Caller ID & Block on your own devices for every day, non-business use. This pass does not include any right to use our trademarks, logos, or underlying code beyond what the app itself allows.

We may cancel or pause your pass at any time—without warning—if we believe you have broken these terms, our policies, or the law. When that happens, you must stop using (and uninstall, if asked) any part of the service immediately.

When Things Go Sideways

We’re builders, not insurers

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no responsibility for any loss or harm you might suffer—whether it’s a missed call, lost data, or a dent in your day. Our app and everything it show (names, numbers, spam labels) come with no promises of perfection. Use it at your own pace and risk.

Your statutory rights stay intact

Nothing here removes protections you’re guaranteed under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived.

Your only remedy if you’re unhappy

Uninstall the app and walk away—that’s it.

Where the law says we talk

These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disagreement will be settled in the courts located there.

Handing the keys to someone else

We may sell or transfer our business, and these terms (including your obligations) would move to the new owner. You can’t pass your rights to anyone else without our written OK.

If we end up in trouble because of you

If you misuse the service, break these rules, or step on someone else’s rights, you agree to cover our legal costs, damages, and fees.

Ads You Might See

From time to time we slip sponsored cards or banners into the app. We don’t create or vet these promos; if you tap one, you’re dealing with the advertiser, not us. Proceed only if you’re comfortable taking that leap on your own.

Keeping These Terms Fresh

We may tweak this agreement whenever we need to. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Keep using the app and the new rules apply to you; if you don’t agree, simply uninstall.
