We encourage researchers and practitioners to submit their papers in one of the following categories
POSITION PAPERS (2-4 pages): Presenting a position or topic in need or reflection or discussion. Could also include case experiences or planned research. Length 5.000-10.000 characters.
SHORT PAPERS (5-9 pages): Presenting theoretical contributions, case experiences, or findings from empirical studies. Could also include work in progress. Length 12.500-22.500 characters.
Papers should be submitted in pdf format, using the workshop template (LaTeX): TRUST-AI submission template (file download).
The paper template was updated July 19 to be compliant with the requirements of CEUR-WS proceedings.
We also offer an alternative Word template: Word-template - plain (small filesize), Word-template - with embedded fonts (larger filesize). This alternative may be particularly relevant for position papers (2-4 pages). For short papers (5-9 pages), authors are strongly encouraged to use the LaTeX template to ensure compliance with the CEUR-WS proceedings format.
Paper submissions should not be anonymized. Submitted papers will undergo a single blind review by three independent reviewers.
Concerning the template update: We initially asked authors to use a different template (link). However, for compliance with CEUR-WS proceedings, this initial template was changed on June 19. For authors already making use of the initial template, this is not a problem for the review process. Submissions will be given a fair review regardless of format. Authors of accepted papers will be asked to make use of the current template.
