7 Day warranty for Device Repairs:  This is only registered if a repair has been damaged or defective by the technician or part, with no exceptions. Warranty will not be accepted if there was a previous issue/error/defect non-related to the requested service repair.

5 Day warranty for Tennis stringing: This only registers if it breaks prematurely due to defective string and by playing tennis, any damage done by anything else will not count unless it was done wrong by the technician. it will not be acceptable for the warranty for the 2nd time around, any Synthetic gut, multifilament, metallic at high tension will not be acceptable for warranty unless proven defective or done wrong by the technician. Warranty will not be accepted if there was a racket before/after service with a bent/cracked/heavily-worn frame unless frame damage was caused by the technician. Must be proven with pictured before service. documentation may occur.

Tennis Stencil installation: It is recommended to let dry for 2 days for the longer-lasting stencil, and may come off within 1-5 days, varying on how much you play. It is completely normal to come off fast and so after stenciled, no responsibility for refunds or exchanges.

Tennis Overgrips installations: Tennis overgrips cannot be exchanged after applying one to a racket. Recommended regripping depends on how much you play, although, recommended to replace once you notice a lack of tackiness or no absorption from sweat.

Refunds: There will be no refunds unless the technician will not able to do a specific repair that blocked the requested repair or repairs that have been damaged/defective by the technician. This only is acceptable if the technician can't fix the defected or damaged issue, otherwise, more time will be needed and the repair will be done for full price. everything must follow the "7 Day Warranty terms for device repairs" to be accepted or valid for a refund.

We have the right, if repaired a replaced part to keep your old part in exchange for the repair, for the stock count, or disposition on records.

We have the right to refuse service on, previously defective items, previously damaged items, or heavily damaged items.

Additional Fees will not be added unless agreed before, Fraud will not be accepted and will report to the local police immediately. 

If you do not pay or have insufficient funds, your device from the repair pick-up date the device will be property legally ours unless paid the full amount or under the technician's discretion. If you do not pick up the item in the 14 days that the technician is available to offer a pickup, there will be a $5 holding fee. for 30 days $10 holding fee, and continued for every 30 days.
