Our Residence

This residence is for those willing an accommodation in a place where serenity and calm reigns. An ideal family vacation destination that is also suitable for couples. We are located on the south-east coast of Koh Samui, close to the most beautiful beaches of the island and a few minutes away from the center of Lamai Beach. Residence is only 10 minutes drive from Chaweng Noi and 20 minutes from Samui International Airport. Our service providing residence consists of 28 apartments of one or two bedrooms. Most of our apartments are fully furnished. 16 apartments have balcony or private terrace. To ensure maximum comfort to our client, all our apartments have cleaning and maintenance service and there is a private swimming pool as well as a covered and cctv secured parking for free and join us, our whole team is waiting to fulfill your dream holidays on the island of Koh Samui starting with a relaxation bath in the warm and turquoise water of our swimming pool.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Local dining outlets can be found within walking distance from the property.

Guests can organize day-trips at the tour desk or relax by the pool.

All Our Rooms and Apartments free Wi-Fi. It has a TV, safety deposit box. Free toiletries are included in an en suite bathroom.

We are closed on Sunday if Check-in or Check-out on Sunday please let us to know before.

Electricity are not included in the price and are billed on check-out.

Refundable security deposit is THB 5,000-8,000. or 1 Passport Depend of Apartment.

This amount will be collected by your Host upon check in and returned upon checkout to protect against damages or missing items or excessive cleaning.
