Doomsday Ark: Survival Privacy Policy

TrooyGames ("we", "us", or "our") provides the mobile game Doomsday Ark: Survival (Android package a.tlygame.com). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Information processed
The game and its service providers may process:
• App activity, including app launches, tutorial and level progress, feature interactions, rewarded-ad interactions, and approximate advertising revenue.
• A pseudonymous player identifier generated on first launch, together with game version, platform, channel, timestamps, and gameplay-event parameters sent to TrooyGames-operated services.
• Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available, app instance identifiers, and identifiers used for analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, and security.
• Diagnostics, including crash-related information, performance information, device model, operating-system version, app version, and error information.
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address. The game does not request precise GPS location for advertising or analytics.
• Network and request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and service logs.
We do not ask users to create an account in the current version of the game, and we do not intentionally collect contacts, photos, precise location, health information, or payment-card details. Google Play handles purchases and payment details; we do not receive full payment-card information.
Why information is processed
Information is used to:
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the game.
• Measure installs, engagement, game progression, ad performance, and advertising revenue.
• Display, limit, and measure advertising, including personalized advertising where the user has consented and applicable law permits it.
• Detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, and technical failures.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and platform obligations.
Service providers and sharing
The game sends pseudonymous player identifiers and gameplay telemetry to TrooyGames-operated services at tlygoodgame.com and tlygames.com. It also uses Google services, including Google Play services, Firebase Analytics, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and Google Play Billing. Google may process information as an independent controller or processor under its own terms and privacy policies. Information is shared only as needed to operate these services, comply with law, protect users and the service, or complete a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related processing may be considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale" under some privacy laws. Where required, the game presents Google's consent form and provides a Privacy Options entry so choices can be reviewed or changed.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, subject to service-provider retention settings, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children
The game is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Advertising choices can be reviewed from Settings → Privacy Options when that entry is required. The privacy policy remains available from Settings → Privacy Policy.
Requests may be sent to lionqiang269079760@gmail.com. We may need to verify a request and may direct users to Google for information controlled by Google.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion of data associated with Doomsday Ark: Survival, email lionqiang269079760@gmail.com with the subject Doomsday Ark Data Deletion Request. Include your in-game player identifier if it is available and enough app/device details for us to locate the relevant pseudonymous record. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identifiers.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the pseudonymous player identifier, first-party gameplay telemetry, and other data under our control that can be linked to the request. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute resolution may be kept only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized. Data controlled by Google must be managed through Google's privacy controls or a request to Google.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the game, service providers, or law. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
