1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do

not use it. Continued use constitutes full acceptance.

2. What the App Does

X-Ray Camera AI creates x‑ray–inspired artistic images for entertainment only, powered by OpenAI. It

does not generate real medical radiographs, has no medical validity, and must not be used for

diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, or any health-related decision.

3. Subscription & Usage Limits

- The app requires an active paid subscription after the initial free creation (one image per account,

tracked via secure storage on your device).

- Monthly Premium plan: up to 5 creations per day and 130 creations per rolling 30-day window, at

1024×1536 without watermark.

- All billing and subscription management occur via the Apple App Store. Plans renew automatically

unless cancelled in your Apple account settings.

4. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable in every circumstance, including but not limited to early

cancellation, non-use, dissatisfaction with AI results, technical issues, device incompatibility,

feature changes, or changes to these Terms, except as required by applicable law. Apple handles all

payments; refund requests must be made through the App Store in accordance with Apple's policies and

applicable consumer protection laws. Developers cannot process refunds or access payment data directly.

5. Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

Use is personal, non-commercial fun only. You must not:

- Generate illegal, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content.

- Capture/share inappropriate photos (minors, non-consensual nudity, illegal acts).

- Present outputs as genuine medical x-rays or use them medically.

- Reverse-engineer, tamper with, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App without written

authorization.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and share and agree to indemnify the

developers, affiliates, partners, and suppliers against any claims arising from your use or breach of

these Terms.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We collect minimal anonymous technical telemetry to improve the service. Images are processed

transiently through third-party services (OpenAI via Cloudflare Workers) and discarded immediately

after the effect is applied. We do not store your photos on our servers or any cloud storage; only

optional local copies remain on your device's sandbox gallery. Firebase is used solely for

authentication, analytics, and crash reporting. We do not sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original images. The developers retain all rights to the App, the "X-Ray

Camera AI" brand, algorithms, source code, and related materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We specifically

disclaim warranties of availability, error-free operation, accuracy, compatibility, or fitness for a

particular purpose, and we cannot guarantee third-party services (OpenAI, Cloudflare, Firebase,

RevenueCat) will remain available.

Developers are not responsible for loss of data, technical failures, downtime, changes/suspension of

features, incompatibility with iOS updates, third-party service issues, or any direct/indirect damages,

including loss of profits or data. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription

fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim or €10 (whichever is less). You waive any right to

punitive/exemplary damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and

service providers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including legal fees)

arising from your use, misuse, breach of these Terms, violation of laws/third-party rights, or content

you create.

10. Technical Failures & Third-Party Services

The App depends on OpenAI, Cloudflare Workers, Firebase (authentication and analytics), and RevenueCat.

We do not guarantee their continuous availability and are not responsible for outages, API changes,

pricing changes, or termination of those services. If such providers fail or change terms, we may

modify or suspend App functionality without refund.

11. Modifications & Updates

We may modify these Terms, add/remove functionality, change limits/pricing, or discontinue the App at

any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance; reviewing the Terms regularly is your

responsibility.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms, if subscription fees

cannot be collected, if we detect fraud/misuse, or for any reason at our discretion. Termination grants

no refund.

13. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Your city],

Spain. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
