Hi! I'm Xianzhe Tang ‘TZ’, currently a grad student in Astronomy at Boston University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Honors) and Mathematics with minors in Astronomy and Statistics from State University of New York at Stony Brook, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from Anhui University.

I have a broad interest in Cosmology and data analysis. I am currently focused on the field of Astrophysics, espcially in understanding the dynamics of the cosmos and the nature of Dark Energy and Dark Matter, with a particular emphasis on the Type Ia Supernoave cosmology and phenomena of gravitational lensing.

 I’m a member of Rubin Observatory’s Dark Energy Science Collaboration (LSST-DESC). The code for my projects are all publicly available on GitHub.
