Brief Bio

I am a PhD Scholar at the department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. I work on the applications of NLP in Legal Domain under the supervision of Prof. Saptarshi Ghosh and Prof. Pawan Goyal .

I received B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad respectively. My previous research spans developing new embedding techniques for Automatic Short Answer Grading and exploring Credit Risk Prediction using ensemble methods. I have worked as a Junior Project Engineer at the department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur on the project Large Language Model for Legal Assistance.
