The Airport

• This part is quite simple, simply board the aircraft via the second gate and step on the pressure plate in the first row to activate the cutscene.

The Shards

• In order to escape the island, you must craft 4 runes, one for each elemental spirit.  These runes are crafted from 3 shards of that element hidden around the map. Here, you can see a list of all the shards and where to find them.

Fire Shards

• The first fire shard can be found in the crater of the volcano.  You must climb to the top and jump onto the bridge. Sneak to the edge of the bridge and you will be able to open a chest hidden underneath it.  This has the shard inside.

• At the base of the volcano, there is a hole in which you can enter inside the volcano. This leads to a large expanse of parkour over burning lava. Complete the parkour halfway and you will be rewarded with a fire shard from a chest.  Finish the rest and get the other. You may need to be creative on where you go.

Air Shards

• One air shard is located on the top of the mountain in a chest.

• At the top of the waterfall, you will see two stone pressure plates, one on either side. The one on the left, facing away from the cave at the top of the waterfall, is an archery challenge.  Getting to this pressure plate is a bit difficult. You’re going to want to climb to the top of the mountain and then drop down on it from above.  Stepping on the pressure plate will begin the challenge but stepping off will reset it. There are 4 targets. One is to the left in the pine trees. A second is to the right on a wooden bridge. A third is straight ahead by some ancient ruins, and the fourth is almost directly below you, to the left of the waterfall. Completing this challenge will reward you with an air shard.

• The final shard can be obtained by flying. Stepping on the other pressure plate will give you an elytra, with which you must fly to the spot where the shard is located.  This is a bit ambiguous, so this guide will tell you. In the southwest corner of the island, there is a worn down stone ring that you must fly to and land on. There is a pressure plate there which will give you the shard.

Water Shards

• The first water shard is in a shipwreck in the cove of the island.  Swim a little bit into the cove and you should see it.  Go into the shipwreck and swim through the small tunnel that is there, and flip open the trap door at the end.  This hides a chest with the shard inside.

• On the north side of the island, where the river lets out into the sea, there is a bit of parkour. At the end is a small island, which is hiding the shard inside one of its trees.

• The third shard is hidden within the face of the waterfall.  Swim into a small 1x1 hole and retrieve the shard from the chest.

Earth Shards

• All of the earth shards are located in the swampy area of the island.  The first can be found in the branches of one of the tallest trees there, in a chest

• The second is found inside the sinkhole.  At the bottom of the hole there is an entrance to a small cave branching off of the bigger one.  The shard is located in that maze.

• In the walls of the actual hole itself, not the cave inside, there are many crevices. Inside one is the last shard.

The Runes

• Each of the runes needs to be crafted in an elemental forgery. Throw all three of the shards into the hoppers and you will be given the rune. These are the locations of the elemental forgeries:

Fire Forgery

• The fire forgery is located at the base of the volcano, in a hole similar to that of where you got the shards.

Air Forgery

• The air forgery is located near the base of the mountain, to the right of the waterfall if you’re facing it.

Water Forgery

• In the cove, there is a small divot of water that breaks the shore. Swim down here and into the cave there which is where the forgery is.

Earth Forgery

• The earth forgery is located in the walls of the sinkhole, similar to the shard hidden there as well.

The Shrines

• You are required to place the newly acquired runes into the item frames in the elemental shrines to awaken the spirit.  These are the locations for all those shrines.

• THE FIRE SHRINE is located in the crater of the volcano

• THE AIR SHRINE is located at the top of the mountain

• THE WATER SHRINE is located in a cave off of the east coast of the island.

• THE EARTH SHRINE is located at the end of the larger cave that the sinkhole leads into.

The Boss

• Make your way to the large tree at the center of the island, which you are now able to enter.  Stand on the pressure plate to begin the fight. Afterwards, collect the drop, which has fallen on the roof of some ruins.
