Welcome to Trip Daycard. These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the Trip Daycard mobile application.
Trip Daycard is a local travel planning and day-card organization tool. You may use it to create trips, organize daily schedules, store ticket notes, attach travel photos, record changes, and generate day wrap summaries.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for checking important travel details before relying on them.
Trip Daycard does not sell travel products, make reservations, provide navigation, offer real-time transportation data, or act as a travel agency. Any booking, route, ticket, or destination information you store in the app is provided by you.
Trip Daycard is designed to work with local app data. The app does not require an account for its core features. If you delete local app data or uninstall the app, your locally stored trips and attachments may be lost.
When you choose to use camera or photo library features, Trip Daycard may access selected photos, capture new photos, copy selected media into app storage, or save generated wrap images to your photo library. These actions happen only after you choose the related feature.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Trip Daycard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every travel situation. You should verify critical travel information with official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Daycard and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date.
